When things are going continuously wrong, we slowly become dull and gradually step into the state of a negative mindset. Here the question arises, how to be more positive?
This is the state where our mind thinks only about the negative scenario. And might not even consider the probability of positivity.
This condition is very critical where the chances of suicidal are seen in the majority of cases.
However, let me illustrate how you can stay positive in almost every scenario and help you in transforming into a sportive person.
In general, people with this kind of negative mindset are called pessimistic people. The vice versa that is the one who always thinks positively are called Optimistic Personalities.
So let’s dive into the figure out.
First Things First – Analysis
I know you have come here for a change. I hope you should not only read it but also implement it in your life.
Even the doctor can’t treat you correctly unless you explain your problem exactly. So, you need to analyse why you are in a state of a negative mindset.
There are several reasons for a person to become pessimistic. It may be mental stress or physical stress or financial stress. Only you can find the exact reason why you are having a negative mindset.
Sort Out Solution
After analyzing your reason, you should start finding the solution for it.
Remember, every problem has a solution and yours has it too. You might be in a confusion that “why am I saying this?” Right!!
Because you will get out of the negative mindset only when your things get done. This requires your full physical and mental support.
Start working instead of thinking that it might give a negative result!
See my friend, no one was born with a positive mindset or no one was born with a negative mindset. It completely depends on what we inherit. We either take positive or negative from every situation.

Einstein was really misfit in his school and he was unable to cope with the conventional system of education. He felt his school was a prison for him.
He was the only student in his class who prefers to know about why things happen like that rather than how and when. At a point of state, he decided to leave his school but amazingly his headmaster threw him out of the school.
But he never regretted that he just came out of the school happily and went to Italy with the strong determination and he applied for a new university.

2.Thomas Alva Edison
Heard this name before? Mostly yes right!! We all just know that Thomas Edison was a famous personality as he invented “Bulb.” Correct? But sadly, we don’t know how severe struggles he met.
Edison was born half deaf and was not able to listen properly. He was also thrown out of school as his teacher thought he was stupid to learn. His mother noted that and answered his teacher “my son is not stupid to learn and I’ll teach him myself”.
Edison invented the bulb in 1979. The surprising fact is, he failed more than 10,000 times to invent the bulb and make it a commercial success.
Assume if we were in place of Edison, what would we do? we would have tried 1 time, 3 times, 10 times, that’s it. We will conclude that it’s hard and leave it won’t we?
This is what we should learn from the life of Edison. Nothing can be easily achieved, my friend. We should strive hard to make the impossible into a possible one.
3. Nick Vujicic
Imagine if you are born with no arms and legs. Terrible, right!!
But this guy Nick Vujicic, who was born with neither hands nor legs. When he was 18 months old, his father left him in the water, where he learnt swimming. He learned surfing in 2008 and was capable of doing a 360-degree spin on his board, then a record created by him in surfing history.
Currently, now he is a motivational speaker and has also travelled to over 24 countries, speaking to groups of up to 110,000 people.
In his childhood, at many stages, he tried to commit suicide. Later he bounced back stronger and made everyone’s mouth shut with his talents. What did you notice from Nick’s life? What if he remained like a normal torso? Nick was an entirely optimistic person and never thought of giving up in later days.

10 Ways To Be More Positive
I’m going to share how you can stay positive in almost every situation and these are the ways I follow when I was weak in any situation.
1. Give Your 100%
Suppose you have completed a task and the result is going to be announced soon. If you have done it in a careless or incorrect manner, your brain hints that you have done something wrong and automatically your expectation will be negative regarding the task. Isn’t it?
So, when you have done the work with full concentration and given your best for that, your subconscious mind will generate positive vibes and then your expectation for that work will be in a positive mode.
2. Positive Environment For A Positive Mindset
It’s a fact that our environment decides our mood. Can you be peaceful when you are hearing loud sounds around you? In the same way, you cannot develop a positive mindset in a negative environment.
When your surroundings are filled with the things that your mind regrets, how can it generate positive frequencies? It always says first take them off or shit your place, isn’t it?
So, set a positive environment around yourself as early as possible.
3. Healthy Diet
You can ask me how a healthy diet helps in having a positive mindset. Well, lemme explain. There is no doubt that our body requires proteins and nutrients efficiently to function effectively. Our Body includes the brain.
Our brain needs minerals like Zinc and Copper to function Effectively. Foods like Fish, Broccoli, Oranges and Chocolate etc.. have higher contents of these minerals. These foods are advisable for the proper functioning of the brain. However, consult your dietitian before you implement them in your diet.
4. Maintain an Encouraging Circle To Be More Positive
Have you ever seen someone who is successful without their personal support? Maybe there are exceptions but most of the successful people had their personal support (friends, family etc).
I suggest you maintain a supportive and encouraging circle( i.e your colleagues or friends). This can lift your mood up and you can work very effectively. Try to get support from your family also. This strengthens you more than anything.
However, it’s quite hard for some people and it’s easy for some. Well, but please avoid pessimistic people who are ready to discourage you at any moment. It’s better to stay alone instead of staying with this kind of people.
5. Sort Out Your Critics
You may be confused that this guy has said to avoid discouraging things or people above. Yes, there’s nothing to rewrite the sentence, what I have said is obviously true but there is a small clarification here.
Do it this way, list out all the critics you have got and start sorting them out. Like into two lists – critics that help you and critics that are useless and shitty.
Note – These critics can help you to grow even better. Your enemy can know you better than you. He might raise it as a false statement. But what you have to do is – Just check if what he had said is correct or not! If it’s correct then change that in your life.

6. Understanding the Probability
When you are going to perform a task, you will definitely know the probability of success and failure in that task don’t you? Suppose if the task is hard and you failed in that, don’t get discouraged as you probably know that it’s a hard task.
There is no need to become dull and unhappy about that. Instead, get up and move on. You will definitely have another chance where the success will be on your side. Just be practical and sportive for these kinds of situations.
7. Practice becoming more positive.
A lot of things needs practice to do it perfectly. Practising is not like doing a thing repeatedly for a hundred times, practising means doing the same task until you can do it in excellence.
When you complete a task without perfect practice, your expectation will be negative towards it. The more you practice, the more positive you will become.
What we have learnt about Nick Vujicic above? Do you think he learnt swimming or surfing so easily without his limbs or legs? He had done that just because of continuous practice.
8. Control Your Emotions
You can’t complete a task effectively when you are filled with a lot of emotions that disturb you quite even. Suppose when you are writing an article, some grief flashes in your mind and disturbs the alignment of your words and the sentence becomes meaningless. You just don’t recognize what happened there and submit it.
Your expectations will be positive but the result will be negative automatically. This will impact your mindset. What I was stressing here for you is don’t let your emotions rule your present situation. If you are really feeling worried about that, then just spare a little time and think about them. But don’t mix your work with emotions.
9. Stick To The Plan
Everyone has a plan for a task or schedule for a day. Always stick to the plan after you have decided it. Don’t make any changes in any scenario which makes you get confused. Suppose at this point of time, your task is to eat. Then, go just prepare some food for you and eat.
Instead of that, you shouldn’t continue your work as the body’s metabolism gets disturbed and it needs some food as in a daily process and as you missed it, your body starts working ineffectively. In the same way, your mind also gets confused if you shuffle your tasks. When it’s done regularly it results in a change of mindset. So please stick to your plan.
10. Respect Your Decisions
If you are the decision-maker and you should make the decision, respect whatever decision you make. Whether the result goes right or wrongs no matter respect that.
That doesn’t mean a reckless decision should be respected. A conscious and careful decision should be respected. Because if you make yourself down because of that result, this indirectly results that you have done something wrong and that’s not necessary.
Have respect for yourself and also respect others.

Well, these are the most important things you should follow to develop a positive mindset. In addition to these, consider things like meditation, listening to some peaceful music, going out for a chill-out is also necessary.
